Saroosh is the kind of leader he once needed. Born in Lahore, built in the Bronx, he turned an immigrant kid's hunger for opportunity into a career most people only sketch on a vision board - Mphasis, JP Morgan Chase, Pfizer, Western Union, and a SaaS company of his own.
At JP Morgan, he helped drive the innovation behind Zelle, a peer-to-peer payments platform that became part of how tens of millions of Americans move money. At Pfizer, he engineered automation that gave scientists back the most precious resource they had: time. At Western Union, he helped simplify cross-border transactions for families who looked a lot like the one that raised him. Then he did what every operator eventually wonders if they can do - he bet on himself. As founder and CEO of Eventcombo, he built a SaaS platform that brought automation to the business of events.
But Saroosh's story isn't really about the logos on his résumé. It's about what those logos taught him. Self-made is a beautiful phrase and a brutal apprenticeship. He learned the unglamorous mechanics of leverage, the loneliness of the founder's chair, the politics of scaling inside large enterprises, and the difference between doing the work and building the systems that do the work for you. He learned how to win as an outsider - and how to keep his footing once he was on the inside.
Now he mentors the people climbing behind him.
"As we continue climbing the ladder, it is imperative we look behind ourselves and pull up others."
That isn't a tagline. It's the operating principle behind everything he does.
A technology enthusiast at heart, an innovator by instinct, and a relentless advocate for access and opportunity - Saroosh is here to help the next generation of leaders build something worth being proud of.
Seven cities. One throughline: build, adapt, keep moving.
Saroosh’s path was never linear. Each place added something different: ambition, exposure, pressure, reinvention, discipline, and the kind of perspective you only get by starting over more than once.
We don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level advice. We start with honesty, and honesty is never easy. It takes reflection on the hard call, the repeated pattern, and the current way of thinking before you can build something better on top of it.
Saroosh’s mentoring comes from the field, not the textbook. Years of building products, leading teams, carrying pressure, fixing what broke, and learning what actually differentiates leaders.
When you work with him, it is not a lecture from a script. It is deeper work around judgment, how you approach decisions, and the habits that shape how you build, with a roadmap you can carry after the mentoring.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Whether you're facing leadership challenges, growing into a new role, or ready to invest in your development, we’re here to support your journey every step of the way.
